Processing and delivery
Orders are fulfilled from partner warehouses. After payment clears, processing commonly takes about 1–5 business days before a tracking number is available. International transit then often takes about 7–21 business days, and can be longer during peak seasons, customs review, or remote-area delivery.
These windows are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking updates may pause while a parcel is in transit between hubs.
Customs and duties
Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees (if charged by your country) are the buyer’s responsibility unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot redirect parcels already in transit. Failed delivery due to an incorrect address may require a new shipping fee.
