Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from ZCOOTC (zcootc.com). We sell curated fashion jewelry, fulfilled with international partners.

By placing an order you agree to the description on the product page, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. A gold-tone or plated finish is not solid gold. We do not offer lifetime warranties.

We may cancel an order we cannot fulfill (for example, if an item is out of stock or a payment does not clear) and will refund what you paid for that order.
